My name is Paula, and I am the hands behind the needles of Jojô Tricot. I'm originally from Brazil, but my family and I currently live in the beautiful state of New Mexico, USA. When I was 18 years old I learned the basics of knitting with my grandmother. I never forgot those early lessons and the joy these moments gave me. In my teenage and college years I pursued other interests, but when my husband and I moved to Michigan, with its long winters, knitting became part of my life again. Since those cold winter days in Michigan I have never stopped knitting and every day I find new sources of inspiration in the great Southwest. It is my hope that, in some way, these patterns bring you the same joy I have experienced.
